Blonded offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and select accessories may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form will be generated for you to print and include in your package.
Package & Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
